1. Service
Fluente Teacher is an AI-assisted language practice service operated by Luis Filipe (natural person), available at fluente.work. The blog at blog.fluente.work offers related content.
By using the service you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Account
- Provide accurate information and keep your account secure (e.g. Google sign-in).
- You are responsible for use under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
3. Plans and payments
- Invite or waitlist access and paid credits or plans may be available.
- Payments are processed by providers (e.g. Stripe, Efí / PIX). Tax IDs appear on receipts, not on public policy pages.
- Prices and terms shown at checkout govern the purchase.
- Unless required by law, used or expired digital credits are not refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse, overload, or attempt to breach the service;
- use the product for illegal or abusive content or to violate third-party rights;
- resell access without permission;
- scrape or extract data or content in an abusive automated way.
Lesson content is for your personal learning.
5. Intellectual property
Fluente branding, UI, site text, and product materials belong to the operator or licensors. You keep rights in content you submit, granting a limited license to run the service.
6. AI and limitations
The tutor uses AI models. Answers may be inaccurate. The service does not replace certified formal education or professional legal/medical advice. Use your own judgment.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or third-party uptime (network, AI providers, payments).
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by Brazilian law and applicable consumer protection law in your country, the operator’s liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the event, excluding indirect damages where exclusion is allowed. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Continued use after material changes may count as acceptance where the law allows; essential changes may need extra notice.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Venue: Garopaba, Santa Catarina, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forums (including those in other countries where required by law).
